What's to Know About an ICO?

Hi Readers:

It's been a minute since I have written anything about cryptocurrencies; especially since Bitcoin took a serious nose dive from 11,000 to 8,000 dollars from January to March. The regulations are getting tougher and tougher. It's hard for the average guy or girl to make money in a non-traditional fashion.

However, the wheels just keep turn and we as entrepreneurs keep finding ways to create wealth.
Over the last three months, I have been studying and learning about ICOS. Since this is the latest trend and appears to be a safer and more lucrative avenue for the average person with no or little capital.

ICOS has raised plenty of capital for start-up companies since last year. With this newfound way to create tons of capital, more entrepreneurs are utilizing ICO to create funding before going to the marketplace; therefore creating a more profitable product/token before listing on public exchanges.

Let's get to it! What actually is an ICO?

An Initial Coin Offering, also commonly referred to as an ICO, is a fundraising mechanism in which new projects sell their underlying crypto tokens in exchange for bitcoin and ether. ... ICOs are a relatively new phenomenon but have quickly become a dominant topic of discussion within the blockchain community. Aug 10, 2017

Some attributes of a good Initial Coin Offering
  1. Must be sustainable
  2. Address and solve a current problem
  3. Must be a demand for the service
  4. Must have a white paper( the white paper will define what the company is addressing and implement a plan to resolve the problem)

There are many new ICO popping up everyday. Please don't be fooled by them. Some are easy to join and others are not open to US Citizens. Before considering any ICO , read the white paper. Do your due diligence. You can research by reading Reddit, conducting a Google alert. Join groups that talk about ICO and learn as much as you can.

Love Walking- Getting Paid to Walk with-Sweatcoin 2021

Hello to all of my Walkers out there! I love walking and walking gets me fit. Lately, I slowed down due to my plate being overloaded with a to-do list from mowing the lawn to helping plan first year in high school for one granddaughter and planing senior year and college prep for another granddaughter with the help of my mom... A little about my walking journey over the years;I have been walking for different events and charities for over 20 years. I first started walking in 1977 for the March of Dimes due to the fact that I am not a runner and wanted to raise money for a worthy cause. From there, I walked for Avon Breast Cancer, Team in Training, Jungle Bell for Juvenile Diabetes and so on. Since retiring, I have made walking a priority in order to stay healthy and fit. Sometimes, I get busy and don't want to walk. That leads me to the reason for this post today. Boy, am I excited and thrilled for my good friend and business partner Janette Little who sent me the link to  Jo...
